摘要
目的 :研究康莱特注射液对原发性肝癌患者肿瘤细胞的细胞毒性和协同化疗药物增敏的作用。方法 :用 MTT法测定 31例肝癌患者肿瘤细胞对康莱特和常用 5种化疗药物及康莱特分别与单个化疗药联合作用的敏感性 ,并与对照组比较。结果 :康莱特和卡铂、顺铂、5 -氟尿嘧啶等化疗药对肿瘤细胞的平均抑制率达 30 %以上 ;康莱特联合的顺铂、丝裂毒素、5 -氟尿嘧啶、卡铂等药的平均抑制率明显高于单药组 ,P<0 .0 5。结论 :康莱特注射液对群体原发性肝癌患者肿瘤细胞有较好的抗肿瘤和化疗增敏双作用。
Objective:To study the anti-tumor and chemotherapeutic sensitivity-enhancing effects of Kanglaite (KLT) to carcinomatous cells of Primary Liver Cancer (PLC) Methods:The sensitivity of carcinomatous cells to KLT,five other often used chemotherapeutic drugs and the combination of KLT with each of them was detected by MTT method and compared with controls,respectively.Rusults:The average inhibitive rates of KLT,CP,DDP,5-Fu to tumor cells were higher than 30%,and those of combination group were significantly higher than those of singlegroup (P<0.05).Conclusion:KLT has both anti-tumor and chemotherapeutic sensitivity enhancing effects to carcinomatous cells of PLC.
