bFGF在面部皮肤擦伤治疗中的应用

APPLICATION OF BASIC FIBROBLAST GROWTH FACTOR ON THE ABRASION OF FACE

目的 :临床应用外源性碱性成纤维细胞生长因子 ( b FGF) ,促进面部皮肤擦伤创面的愈合 ,减少后遗症的发生。 方法 :2 4例 5 2个创面均常规外科清创 ,其中2 4个创面应用 b FGF外涂 ,15 0 AU /cm2 ,1次 /日 ,7天一疗程。 结果 :用药创面较未用药对照创面平均提前愈合天数为 4天 ( P<0 .0 1) ,无明显的色素沉着及疤痕形成。 结论 :b FGF能促进创面上皮生长 ,加速面部皮肤擦伤创面愈合 。

Objective:To investigate the effect of basic fibroblast growth factor (bFGF)on the abrasion of face. Methods:52 wounds of 24 cases were made.24 wounds were locally treated with bFGF in a dosage of 150μ/cm 2.The effect was evaluated by healing time. Results:The healing time of all the wounds treated with bFGFwere accelebrated(P<0 01).The pigmentation and scars were not obvious. Conclusion:The results indicate that bFGF can be used to accelebrate epithalialization and the healing of abrasion in clinic. [
