先天性上睑下垂手术并发症40例临床分析

CLINICAL ANALYSIS ON COMPLICATIONS OF THE CONGENITAL BLEPHROPTOSIS AFTER OPERATION IN 40 CASES

目的 :探讨先天性上睑下垂手术并发症的发生原因。 方法 :对多种上睑下垂矫正术式术后并发症 40例 ,进行了分析讨论。 结果 :对于各种程度的先天性上睑下垂 ,术前应定肌力 ,下垂量 ,上直肌功能 ,选择最适宜的手术方式和手术量。 结论

Aim:Analysis on complications of the congenital blephroptosis. Method:40 cases complications of the conginital blephroptosis were reported and discussed. Results:That the Muscular strength, ptosis quantity and muscle rectus superior oculi function must be measured in order to choice the most suitable operation type and quantity. Discussion:The excellent technique was key to prevent complication. [
