摘要
目的 :对眼眶及眶周骨性结构外伤畸形整复术的美学效果作出评价。 方法 :对 19例患者行颧骨复位、自体肋骨或 MEDPOR种植材料眶内充填的回顾性总结分析。 结果 :患者面中部外观及视觉功能均有较大改善。 结论 :颧骨复位及眶内充填等颧眶部手术能有效重建骨性眼眶的解剖及功能结构 。
Objective:To get a retrospective conclusion of reconstructive operation for osteal orbital structure after trauma. Methods:19 cases peri-orbital osteal malformations caused by traffic trauma have accepted reconstructive operations since.Selfrib or MEDPOR(made from a liniar high density polythylene)were implanted intra-orbitally in 12 cases complained of ocular dystopia with slight zygomatic malposition.In other 7 cases having severe zygomatic malposition besides ocular dystopia,zygoma reposition was performed before inntra-orbital implantation. Result:The main outcome measures were a subjective evaluation by patients and objective measurements of patients'eye position.As a result,preoperative symptoms and signs were corrected or significantly improved in all patients. Conclusion:Zygomatic reposition and intraorbital implantation were effective in reconstruction of peri-orbital osteal malformation.Satisfactory correction of ocular dystopia can be achieved with MEDPOR biomaterial. [
