藤王膏治疗五步蛇咬伤大面积溃疡临床研究──附120例报告

The Clinical Research on the Treatment of Large Area of Ulcer Caused by Agkistrodon Actus Bites With the Herb“Teng Wang Gao” ———Report of 120 cases

目的 :创用藤王膏治疗五步蛇咬伤大面积溃疡 ,旨在研究其行之有效的药物及手段。方法 :采用随机分组与西医治疗相对照的方法进行临床观察。结果 :藤王膏组治愈率及总有效率分别为 70 83%、90 83% ,对照组分别为 6 1 2 5 %、73 2 5 % ,两组病人平均痊愈时间分别为 5 1天、70天 ,两组治愈率及总有效率比较 ,均有显著性差异 (P <0 0 5 ) ,藤王膏组疗效明显优于对照组。结论 :研究表明藤王膏具有疗效高 ,剂型简便实用 。

Objective:In order to study the effect and function of the herb Teng Wang Gao We treated the large area of ulcer caused by agkistrodon actus bites with it Methods:Adopting the random groups and the contrasting methods with Western medicine ResultsThe cure rate and the effective rati of the group with Teng Wang Gao is respectively 70 83% and 90 83%,and the control group is respectively 61 25%and 73 25% The average course of treatment of the two groups is respectively 51 days and 70 days We found that the curative effect of the group with Teng Wang Gao is superior to that of control group (P<0 05),comparison of the two groups Conclusion:The results showed that the herb Teng Wang Gao has the features of higher curative effect,convenience and being practical and safty for external use [
