摘要
目的 :比较临床上几种常用的腰部推拿手法对腰椎髓核内压力的影响。方法 :用生物材料实验机对新鲜尸体腰椎标本施以计算机定量模拟的不同手法 ,观察髓核内压力变化情况。结果 :模拟扳手法和坐位旋转手法时 ,椎间盘髓核内压力均升高 ,模拟牵扳手法髓核内压下降。结论
Objective:To study on the effects of lumbar manipulations to the pressure of lumbar nucleus pulposus.Method:Cadaver lumbar spines were loaded on a Material Test System,and applied to a computer quantitative control control to simulate different manipulations.The changes of pressure of the lumbar nucleus pulposus were recorded.Result:The pressure of lumbar nucleus polposus increased when simulate rotation manipulation and sitting rotation manipulation.The pressure of Lumbar nucleus pulposus deduced lightly when simulate traction rotation manipulation.Conclusion:The tracion rotation manipulation is the safest manipulation when treat lumbar intervertebral disk herniation.
