摘要
对文献 [4,5,6]中介绍的实验室桃叶珊瑚甙测定方法进行了分析比较 ,结果认为“对二甲氨基苯甲醛法”简便易行 ,但却存在着测定液中出现聚沉现象 ,且所测含量偏大 ,因为该方法不能将植物体中共存的京尼平甙和京尼平甙酸分离 ,测定结果为桃叶珊瑚甙与这些同类环烯醚萜类化合物的含量之和。为此 ,研究出“改进对二甲氨基苯甲醛法” ,用该方法测定桃叶珊瑚甙简便易行 ,测定数值较为精确。
Three laboratory determining methods introduced in documents on aucubin were analysed. The result of comparison showed that the Epstahl method could be feasible. However, there remained an issue that precipitate occurred in determining solution, and the determined content was inclined to be beyond the real level, because this method was not effective in separating geniposide and geniposide acid from coexisting iridoids in E.ulmoids the content is the sum. By determining and analysis, improved epstahl method is advocated to solve the mentioned issue, which is proved to be simple, feasible and reliable.
