晚期非小细胞肺癌生存期相关因素分析

Analysis of relative factors of survival time of advanced non small cell lung cancer

目的 :探讨影响晚期非小细胞肺癌 (NSCLC)生存期的相关因素。方法 :对本院近 5年来住院死亡的 5 9例晚期NSCLC进行分析 ,采用手术加化疗、放疗综合治疗组与非综合治疗组进行对比研究。结果 :本地区住院的晚期NSCLC患者存活期较短 ,5年生存率为零 ,2年生存率 0 0 5 %。晚期患者仍以手术加化疗、放疗的综合疗法较好 ,平均生存期最长 ,时序检验P <0 0 0 1。结论 :晚期NSCLC患者治疗仍以手术加化疗、放疗的综合疗法较好 ,本地区住院的患者生存期较短可能与发病年龄大、误诊、并发症多、治疗的专科性不强等因素有关。

Objective To study the relative factors of survival time of advanced non small lung cancer(NSCLC) Methods 59 cases died of advanced NSCLC were divived into two groups:the one was treated with synthesized therapy including surgical therapy,radiotherapy and chemotherapy,the other was non synthesized therapy with surgical therapy only Results Two year and five year survival rate was 0 05% and 0 respectively,and the survival time of the group with synthesized therapy was longer than non synthesized group (P<0 001) Conclusion the survival time of advanced NSCLC was short,though we used synthesized therapy,this may be associated with old,misdiagnosis,more complications and lack of special therapy.
