中籼杂交稻恢复系和不育系生育特性观察研究

Studies on the Growth Characteristics of Parents of Middle Hybrid Rice Combination

以 5个籼稻恢复系和 4个不育系为试验材料 ,系统观测其与杂交制种有关的生育特性。结果表明 :在安徽省气候条件下 ,这些亲本的始穗期宜安排在 8月 10日前后。适宜播期恢复系分别为 :盐恢 5 5 9在 4月 2 5日前后 ,辐恢 838在 5月 2 5日前后 ,绵恢 5 0 1、江恢 15 1和明恢 6 3在 4月 30日前后 ;不育系Ⅱ 32A在 5月 10～ 13日 ,K1 7A、协青早A和珍汕 97A在 6月 7～ 10日。父本栽单株 ,母本栽双株 ,父母本行比为 1∶14。在正常的气候和良好的栽培管理条件下 。

The experiment was carried out to observe the characters of seed multiplication of five indica lines and four CMS lines.It was proposed that the heading date of those parents should be arranged in about August 10 in Anhui province.Suitable seeding date of restore lines were as follows:Yanhui 559 in about April 25; Fuhui 838,about April 30; Mianhui 501,Jianghui 151 and Minghui 63,about April 30.Seeding date of CMS should be as follows:Ⅱ-32A from May 10 to 13,K17A,Xieqingzao A and Zhenshan 97A from June 7 to 10.The line rate of male to female parent should be 1 to 4,the male parents should be planted as single seedling and female parents double seedlings.In the normal climate and good cultivation conditions,the flowering date would meet and gain high yield of parent seeds.
