种植徐薯 18和北京 5 5 3脱毒 1、2代苗大、中型种薯商品率及产量比未脱毒的各甘薯品种 (对照 )提高 5 0 %和 35 %～99.2 2 % ,实践证明必须 2～ 3a后更换脱毒种薯 (苗 ) 。

The experiment indicated the seadlings from the first and second generation of sweet potato variety——Xushu No.18 and Beijing 553 with virus-free can produce 50% and 35%～99.2% higher yield than these without virus free. The seedlings with virus-free must be replaced after 2～3 years' planting.
