加强高血压防治预防脑血管病

Strengthening the control of hypertension for the prevention of cerebrovascular disease

[目的 ] 了解控制高血压预防脑血管病干预措施实施效果。[方法 ] 抽查 5个区 9个点 9435名居民 ,了解高血压防治质量。[结果 ] 居民中平均高血压患病率为 38% (其中重中型 8.8%～ 10 .2 % ;轻型 17%～ 2 5 % )。 45～ 5 4岁组高血压患病率为 35～ 44岁组的 1倍 ;5 5～ 6 4岁组又比 45～ 5 4岁组高 1倍 ,6 5岁后才稳定。高血压患病率可能与吸烟 (男5 4% )、饮酒 (男 33 % )和肥胖 (15 % )有关 ,三个危险因素同时有者患高血压相对危险度比三者俱无者高 2倍。调查对象中半数以上持有测血压卡 ,70 %以上测血压 ,但重度高血压患者定期测仅一半。坚持服药 ,规律性服药的仅为 1/3。[结论 ] 从控制高血压着手减少脑血管病要对工作质量进行控制。

Objective] To understand the effect of hypertension control in cerebrovascular disease prevention.[Mothods] 9435 people in 5 districts and 9 demo-centers were taken as sample for the quality of hypertension control. [Results] Prevalence of hypertension was 38% (severe and medium hypertension occupied 8.8%～10.2%,mild 17%～25%). The hypertension prevalence of age group 45～54 doubled that of the age 35～44, age group 55～64 doubled that of age group 45～54. Hypertension was associated with smoking (54% for male), alcohol drinking (33% for male) and obesity (15% for both sex). People who had all the above three risk factors, the relative risk of hypertension was 2 fold than those without any of the three risk factors. Half of the people investigated had hypertension check cards, 70% of them checked their blood pressure, but in severe and medium hypertension group only half checked their blood pressure and one third took medicine regularly. [Conclusion] Quality control should be emphysized in aimming at decreasing of cerebrovascular disease through control of hypertension.
