摘要
用NBT光还原反应 ,在体外对绞股蓝提取物清除超氧阴离子自由基 (O 2 )的能力进行评价 ,结果显示具有不同口味特征的绞股蓝干草清除O 2 的能力不同 ,以淡味的绞股蓝清除能力最强 ,其叶提取物的清除能力达 74.0 8%。但清除O 2 的能力易受到加热 。
The scavenging effects of Gynostemma extracts on super-oxide radical(O 2),which was generated from light reaction of NBT, were assayed in vitro. It was shown that extracts from three kinds of Gynostemma had significant capacity of scavenging O 2, but there were different activities among the three kinds of Gynostemma;and that the light taste kind (a variety) had the most activity, the scavenging activity of its extract and its leaf extract on O 2 were 51.49% and 74.08% respectively.The radical-scavenging activity of extracts could be decreased by heating, especially treating with activated carbon and diatomite.
