摘要
用 PEG模拟干旱胁迫条件下发芽率伤害程度、离体叶片保水力、细胞膜相对透性及植株自身调节系统的变化 ,研究了抗旱性不同的 3个玉米品种。结果表明 ,3个品种各项抗旱生理指标都表现不同程度的变化 ,品种太单 3 2受模拟干旱胁迫条件的影响比忻抗 5号、晋单 3 3要小。因此 。
Three maize varieties with different drought resistant specialties in condition of simulated drought stress are tested to study the changes of seed germination percentage, water capacity of leaf, leaf call permeability and photosynthesis rate. The results show that various physiological index of three maize varieties changes in varying degrees. The effect of simulated drought condition to the variety of Taidan Number 32 are smaller than that to Xinkang Number 5 and Jindan Number 33. So it will provide scientific basis for breeding and cultivation of new maize varieties of drought resistance by selection.
