摘要 通过对基因芯片技术发展现状的介绍与分析 ,就其在中医基础实验研究方面应用前景作了展望。认为该项技术的发展 ,有助于在中医“证”和“经络”现象的研究中获得广泛的应用 ,并通过揭示证和辨证论治在基因水平上的机制与因果关系 ,以及观察不同穴位、不同刺激方法等所导致有关组织基因转录的差异等 ,深化和发展中医对证本质的认识、对经络现象及其本质的认识 ,从而丰富人类对生命科学的认识。 In looking forward to the applying prospect of the micro Array technology in the experimental study on the basic Chinese medicine by introduction and analysis of its current situation,the author believes that the development of this technology is helpful to its extensive application in the study of “syndrome”and “meridian”phenomena in Chinese medicine and is able to deepen and develop the understanding of syndrome nature and the understanding of the meridian phenomena and its substance,by revealing the mechanism and causal relationship of syndrome and treatment upon syndrome differentiation on the gene level and by observing difference of gene transcript in the related tissues,caused by different acupoints and different stimulating methods,so as to enrich the human understanding on the life science.
