补肾冲剂治疗慢性乙型肝炎的临床研究

Clinical Study on Chronic Hepatitis B Treated with“Kidney-Tonifying Granules”

为观察补肾冲剂治疗慢性乙肝的临床疗效 ,115例慢性乙肝患者分为治疗组 (A组 60例 )、中药对照组 (B组 3 0例 )和西药对照组 (C组 2 5例 ) ,分别采用补肾冲剂、乙肝清热解毒冲剂和干扰素治疗 ,疗程 6个月。观察患者临床症状、体征、肝功能、乙肝标志物及B超等项目。结果 :A组总有效率为 78 3 % ,临床疗效优于B组 (P<0 0 5 ) ,与C组疗效无显著差异 (P >0 0 5 ) ;肝功能 3项指标治疗后、随访 1年与治疗前比较均有显著性差异 (P<0 0 5 )。A组治疗结束时HBeAg、HBV -DNA阴转率分别为 3 8 6%、3 9 6% ;随访半年时HBeAg、HBV -DNA阴转率分别为 3 1 8%、3 2 1%。提示补肾冲剂对于慢性乙肝有较好的疗效。

In order to observe the chinical effect of“Kidney-Tonifying Granules”in treating chronic hepatitis B,115 cases of chronic hepatitis B were divided into the treatment group(Group A)(60 cases),control group of Chinese herbs(Group B)(30 cases)and control group of western medication(Group C)(25 cases)and treated respectively with“Kidney-Tonifying Granules”,“Heat-Clarifying and Toxin-Dissolving Granules for Hepatitis B”and interferon,to observe the items of clinical symptoms,signs,hepatic functions,indicator of hepatitis B and ultrasonic echogram. The results showed that the total effective rate was 783% in Group A after the course of the treatment was finished,and clinical effect was better than Group B(P<0005),but without significant difference with Group C(P>005).After three indexes of the hepatic functions were treated,there was significant difference(P<005)in comparison of one-year follow up and before the treatments.When half-year treatments were finished in Group A,the negative-transferring rate of HbeAg and HBV-DNA was respectively 386% and 396%.In follow up for half year,the negative-transferring rate of HbeAg and HBV-DNA was respectively 318% and 321%.The findings indicate that“Kidney-Tonifying Granules”can offer a better therapeutic effect to chronic hepatitis B
