摘要
为探讨健脾益肾类中药防治青少年矮小症的作用机理 ,采用动物实验方法 ,观察了健脾益肾复方对幼龄至青年雄性大鼠骨骼生长与代谢及脑垂体和睾丸形态的影响。结果 :健脾益肾组大鼠的后肢骨骼总长度、股骨和胫骨长度 ,股骨和睾丸重量 ,股骨骨密度值和血浆磷水平等 ,均显著高于空白对照组 (P <0 0 5 ) ;脑垂体和睾丸形态学观察所见与空白对照组比较无差异。
In order to investigate the functional mechanism of herbal drugs to strengthen the spleen and tonify the kidney for prevention and treatment of dwarfism in teenagers,influence of “Spleen-Strengthening and Kidney-Tonifying Compound Formula” on the growth and metabolism of the bone and morphology of the pituitary and testicles by animal experimental method.The results showed that the total bone length of the hind limb,length of femur and tibia,weight of femur and testicles,bone density value of femur and plasma phosphorus level were remarkably higher in the group “Spleen-Strengthening and Kidney-Tonifying Compound Formula”than in the control group (P<005) and there was no difference in comparison of the control group in the morphological observation of the pituitary and testicles.The findings indicate that “Spleen-Strengthening and Kidney-Tonifying Compound Formula” has the function to promote the bone growth and development of the sexual gland.
