摘要
:本文采用同位镀汞阳极溶出伏安法在 p H=5.8的 HAc- Na Ac缓冲溶液中 ,测定补锌制剂中锌的含量。线性范围 0 .0 2～ 0 .0 8μg· ml- 1 ,检出限为 0 .0 0 8μg· ml- 1 。本方法快速、简便。
In a medium of acetate buffer(pH=5 8),the potential of peak for Zn (Ⅱ)is-1 0V(vs SCE)at a glassy carbon electrode of 0 02～0 08μg·ml -1 was obtained,and the recovery is 98 01%～101 80%. The method has been used for the direct determination of zinc in leelone.
