酵母样真菌的分离鉴定与体外药敏试验

Isolation, Identification and in Vitro Drug Susceptibility Test of Yeastlike Fungi

本文报告采用 KB法对 1 61株分离自本院临床标本的酵母样真菌进行药敏试验。结果 ,1 61株酵母样真菌对唑类抗真菌药氟康唑、伊曲康唑、酮康唑的敏感率分别为 95.7%、94.4%、85.1 %。表明酵母样真菌对氟康唑、伊曲康唑的敏感率最高 ,其次是酮康唑 ,制霉菌素的敏感率最低仅为65.8%。

One hundred and sixty-one strains of yeastlike fungi isolated from clinical samples of the hospital were subjected to drug susceptibility test by KB method. The susceptibility rates of 161 strains of yeastlike fungi to azole antifungals, such as fluconazole, itraconazole and ketoconazole were 95 7%, 94 4% and 85 1% respectively. The results reveal that the susceptibilit rates of yeastlike fungi to fluconazole and itraconazole are the highest,and next is that to ketoconazole. The susceptibility rate to nystatin is only65 8%, being the lowest.
