摘要 目的 :为临床应用膜诱导组织再生技术扩大牙种植适应证提供理论依据。方法 :在拔除狗前磨牙的同时 ,造成颊侧骨板缺损 ,即刻种植羟基磷灰石涂层钛种植体或纯钛种植体 ,并运用胶原膜覆盖颊侧种植体暴露面和骨面 ,观察种植体周骨组织再生情况。结果 :经过一年的放射学和组织学观察 ,表明种植体周骨组织有不同程度的再生 ,大多数种植体稳固。结论 Objective:The purpose of this study is providing theoretic evidence for applying guied tissue regeneration to dental implant so as to expand the indication.Methods:Mandibular premolar 1,2 and 3 of six adult dogs were extracte bilaterally,and buccal bone plate defects were created and measured.Eighteen screw-shaped pure titanum implants and cylindric hydroxyapatite-coated titanum implants were placed into the fresh extraction sockets.Eighteen implants were as controls,implants on the experimantal laterals were caued with collagen membranes.After 3 months,6 months,and 12 months,the dogs were sacrificed and all specimens retrived for radiographic and histologic evaluation.Result: this study indicated that collagen membrane improve bone regeneration around dental implant. Conclusion:Membrane guided tissue regeneration could be used in clinical treatment of dental implant.
