摘要
研究测定了棉铃虫对 30种氨基酸、10种糖类和 4种棉花次生物质的取食选择性。结果显示初孵幼虫对0 1g/ml的L -苏氨酸、DL - 2 -氨基 -n -丁酸、L -亮氨酸、L -缬氨酸、DL -瓜氨酸、L -丙氨酸、D -海藻糖、D -果糖以及棉花次生物质儿茶精、棉酚、槲皮素表现出较强的趋性反应 ,但将L -苏氨酸、L -亮氨酸、DL -瓜氨酸、L -缬氨酸、L -苯丙氨酸以 0 0 0 9g/ml的浓度、槲皮素和 10种糖物质以 0 0 2 5g/ml的浓度分别掺入人工饲料中 ,5日龄幼虫仅对D
Preference of Helicoverpa armigera larvae to 30 amino acids, 10 sugars and 4 secondary substances of cotton was tested in laboratory. The results indicated that the neonates showed great taxis toward 0 1 g/ml of L-threonine, acid DL-2-amino-n-butyric, L-leucine, L-valine, DL-citrulline, L-alanine, D-trehalose, D-fructose, catechin, gossypol, and quercetin. When 0 009 g/ml of L-threonine, L-leucine, DL-citrulline, L-valine, L-phenylanine, 0 025 g/ml of quercetin and 10 sugars were supplemented into the artificial diets, the 5th day larvae just showed significant preference on D-trehalose.
