摘要
目的探讨低浓度铅影响血压和血红蛋白的可能机制及其影响微循环的作用方式。方法采用钙细胞化学定位及电子探针-X射线能量色散分析,观察大鼠饮用含铅水 30mg/L三个月后,血铅浓度与脑微循环中红细胞形态、结构及钙分布的关系。结果铅染毒组,钙在微血管内、外二侧及红细胞质膜内侧聚积,同时电子探针能量色散谱分析显示:铅染毒组,血管脏外钙反应颗粒中出现明显铅峰。结论血铅浓度在100μg/L左右即可影响血液及循环系统,其作用方式与错引起的钙分布异常有关。
Objective To explore toxic effects of low level lead on blood pressure and hemoglobin(Hb) as well as microcirculation. Methods Rats were fed with drinking water containing 30mg/L lead for three months. Calcium cytochemistry and electron probe-energy dispersive X-ray(EDX) analysis was used to observe the relations between blood lead levels and calcium distribution in red blood cells and microcirculation. Results in 30mg/L lead treated group calcicum granules were accumulated in bilateral sides of microvessels and plasmalemma endosurface of red blood cells. Meanwhile EDX analysis showed that an obvious peak of lead appeared in calcium granules of outer side of microvessels in rats treated with lead. Conclusion Lead affected blood and circulatory system when blood lead level was about 100μg/L. Its mechanism is related with the changes of calcium distribution.
