摘要
目的 以兔和大鼠心肌及肝组织匀浆为材料 ,研究一种从多棘海盘车 (Asteriasamurensis)中提取得到的活性物质经结构改造和修饰得到的丁二酸二 - ( 3β -羟基雄甾 5 -烯 - 17-酮 )酯新化合物 (代号AST)抗脂质过氧化作用 .方法 在体外组织匀浆自发或Cys+FeSO4 激发脂质过氧化模型上 ,以丙二醛 (MDA)产生作为过氧化程度指标 .结果 AST在体外能抑制正常大鼠和兔心肌及肝匀浆过氧化脂质生成 ,并能对抗半胱氨酸和硫酸亚铁所致过氧化脂质生成增加 .
Objective To study antioxidation of Di-(3β-hydroxyandrost-5-en-17-one) ester (AST), a new compound which was structure derivated from active substance from Asterias amurensis. Methods Samples of tissues homogenates were pretreated with AST, then, addition of FeSO 4+Cysteine(Cys) or not, the generation of malondialdehyde(MDA) was examined. Results The production of lipid peroxides in normal cardiac, liver homogenate of rat and rabbit,elevation of production of lipid peroxides induced by and FeSO 4+Cys in. homogenate Conclusions AST have the effect of antilipid peroxidation on rats and rabbits' cardiac and liver tissue.
