盐酸二甲双胍与微粉化格列苯脲复方片的制剂研究 被引量:3

摘要 将格列苯脲微粉化至 5 0~ 10 0 μm ,并与微粉硅胶混匀、分散 ,与盐酸二甲双胍一起制成复方片 ,经体外溶出试验和体内动物药代试验证明 :格列苯脲经微粉化并与微粉硅胶分散后可达到体外溶出度和体内生物利用度与国外上市的微粉化格列苯脲与盐酸二甲双胍组成的复方片 (Glucovance) Glyburide was micronized to 50~100 μm particle size,and then seperated by precipitate silica. This party was then mized with metformin hydrochloride to produce a compound capsule. This capsule was tested using in vitro dissolution test and in vivo rabbit pharmakinetic test. The result shaved that micronized glyburide in this improve the AUC and C max of glyburide in vivo . These results were comparable with foreign marketed Glucovance containing micronized glyburide and metformin hydrochloride.
