摘要
本文建立了泄压储能高增压柴油机的数理模型,通过模拟计算对多种参数进行了优化调整,使柴油机性能指标达到最佳值。找出了“系统基本工作规律”作为最佳运行条件,使柴油机获得最佳动力性和经济性指标。通过试验验证了这一规律,为自动控制该系统提供了理论和实验依据。文中还对泄压储能高增压柴油机的试验结果进行了分析,并和其它技术方案进行了比较。
In this paper a mathematical modelling of high supercharging diesel engineswith Pressure-relieving and Energy--accumulating Mechanism (PEM) is establis-hed.Simulation calculation is made to obtain bast performance of engines byadjusting various parameters.The law of basic operation process as optimal ope-ration condition of engines is found, and the maximum power and minimum fuelconsumption of diesel engines is obtaind.The above law is proved by means ofexperiments. It provides the theoretical and experimental basis for controllingautomattically the diesel engines with PEM. In this paper the test results ofhigh supercharging diesel engines with PBM are also analysed, and the PEM iscompared with other technique means.
