血管紧张素-(1-7)在内皮素诱导血管平滑肌细胞增殖反应中的作用

The role of angiotensin-(1-7) in the proliferative response of vascular smooth muscle cells induced by endothelin-1

目的 探讨血管紧张素 (1 7) [Ang (1 7) ]在内皮素 1(ET 1)诱导血管平滑肌细胞增殖反应中的作用。方法 在ET 1诱导培养的SD大鼠主动脉血管平滑肌细胞模型中 ,应用Ang (1 7) ,通过测定3 H 胸腺嘧啶 (3 H TdR)掺入的方法 ,观察血管平滑肌细胞增殖情况。结果 Ang (1 7)呈剂量性抑制ET 1诱导血管平滑肌细胞的DNA合成 ,其作用受体不是血管紧张素Ⅱ受体 1(AT1)或血管紧张素Ⅱ受体 2 (AT2 ) ,而是通过一种特殊受体介导。结论 Ang (1 7)能抑制ET 1诱导的血管平滑肌细胞增殖。

Objective To investigate the role of angiotensin (1 7) [Ang (1 7)] in the proliferative response of vascular smooth muscle cells induced by endothelin 1(ET 1).Methods Ang (1 7) was used in the in vitro cultured SD rat aortic vascular smooth muscle cell model induced by ET 1. 3H thymidine( 3H TdR) incorporation test was employed to detect proliferation of vascular smooth muscle cells.Results Ang (1 7) inhibited DNA synthesis of vascular smooth muscle cells induced by ET 1 in a dose dependent manner.The receptor in the inhibition by Ang (1 7) was not AT 1 or AT 2 receptor,but a special receptor.Conclusion Ang (1 7) can markedly inhibit vascular smooth muscle cell proliferation induced by ET 1.
