炎性痛大鼠脊髓背角内神经激肽B受体的动态变化

摘要 目的 观察神经激肽 B受体 (NK3)与大鼠脊髓内伤害性信息传递和调控的可能关系。 方法 用免疫组织化学技术观察完全弗氏佐剂 (CFA )诱发慢性炎性痛大鼠脊髓背角神经激肽 B受体的动态变化。 结果 炎症侧腰骶段脊髓背角 NKB受体样免疫反应结构的染色强度有明显升高 ,背角浅层尤为显著。经时观察与图像分析结果表明 ,注射 CFA 2 d后脊髓背角内免疫染色强度即开始升高 ,2 1d左右抵达高峰 ,2 8d后渐恢复至正常水平。结论  NKB受体可能参与炎性慢性痛状态下伤害性信息在脊髓水平的传递与整合过程。 Objective To observe possible relationship of neurokinin B receptor with transmission and modulation of nociceptive information in the spinal cord of the rat. Methods The chronic pain model induced by complete Freund's adjuvant (CFA) and immunohistochemical staining method were used. Results After injection of complete Freund's adjuvant into the hindpaw, NKB like immunoreactivity ( LI) in the dorsal horn of the lumbosacral spinal cord, especially in the superficial layers, was increased on the side ipsilateral to the injection. Time course observation and image analysis indicated that the densities of NKB LI in the spinal dorsal horn increased on the 2nd day,reached peak on the 21st day and returned to normal level on the 28th day or so after CFA injection. Conclusion These results suggest that NKB receptor might be involved in the transmission and modulation of nociceptive information at spinal level in the rat.
