摘要
目的 :建立脑乐静中甘草酸铵的含量测定方法。方法 :采用高效液相色谱法流动相为水 -乙腈 -冰醋酸 (6 5 :35 :2 .5 ) ,紫外光谱 2 5 4nm检测。结果 :甘草酸铵对照品在 6 .16～ 30 .8μg之间呈良好的线性关系 ,r=0 .9999。平均加样回收率为 10 1.6 3% ,RSD =1.96 %。结论 :此法简便易行 ,结果准确可靠。
OBJECTVE: To establish the determination of Ammonium Glyeyrrhizinate in Naolejing. METHODS:: HPLC method was developed for determination,H 2O:CH 3CN:CH 3COOH (65:35:2.5) as mobile phase, detection wave at 254 nm.RESULTS:There was a good linear relationship at a range of 6.16～30.8 μg for Ammonium Glyeyrrhizinate(r=0.999 9). The average recovery was 101.63% and the relative standard deviation was 1.96%. CONCLUSION:The method is simple and accurate.
