摘要
体内外实验证实胃泌素对部分大肠癌的发生和发展具有促进作用。这种作用由肿瘤细胞上的胃泌素受体介导并可被丙谷胺阻断。临床研究发现,大肠癌患者血清胃泌素水平增高;早期癌组织中胃泌素受体含量高于晚期肿瘤;癌组织中胃泌素受体含量可能有预后意义,并有助于筛选适宜于激素治疗的大肠癌病例。
