2例肝肾联合移植术后各引流管的观察与护理

The Observation and Nursing of Drainage-tube in Two Cases of Combined Liver -kidney Transplantation

我院于 1999年 5～ 7月成功的为 2例肝肾综合征患者施行了国内首例肝、肾联合移植术 ,术后患者肝、肾功能良好 ,本文介绍了手术特点 ,对术后各引流管的观察与护理摸索了一套有效的护理措施。重点阐述了T管、肝右、肝左引流管、温氏孔、支架管、尿管、肾周引流管及胃管的观察与护理措施。以防止术后胆道、尿道、腹腔上行性感染 ,及时发现排斥反应 。

Objective To probe the observation and nursing of drainage-tube in combined liver-kidney transplantation. Methods All kinds of drainage-tubes in combined liver-kidney transplantation were observed, especially the T-type tube, the tube of left and right liver, the tube from Winslow, catheter and the gastric tube.Results The ascending infection of biliary tract, urter and abdominal cavity were prevented, and finding the rejection and hemorrhage early. Conclusions The careful observation and nursing can prevent severe complication.
