目的 观察强化主要护理措施对术后危重病人呼吸功能的效应。方法 对 2 0例中上腹手术后危重病人的呼吸功能进行 1周动态监测 ,其中对照组 (A) 10例术后采用常规护理程序 ,观察组(B) 10例术后常规护理的基础上强化主要护理措施。结果 两组病人的RR、VT、VC、PETCO2 在不同时间点与术前比较均有明显变化 (P <0 .0 5 ) ,术后B组呼吸功能恢复效果优于A组 (P <0 .0 5 )。结论 强化主要护理措施使呼吸功能明显改善 ,但完全恢复需要

Objective To observe the effect of intensifying the main nursing methods on the respiratory function of postoperative severe patients. Methods the respiratory function of 20 patients after epigastric operation were dynamic monitoring for a week . Among them 10 cases(group A) were given normal nursing, other 10 cases (group B) were given intensive nursing except for normal nursing. Results Comparing with preoperation , the RR,V T,V C,P ET CO 2 at different time changed obviously(P<0.005). The respiratory function of group B recovered better than that of group A.Conclusions Intensifying the main nursing method can obviously improve the respiratory function, but it takes one week to recover entirely by using complex methods
