随着高等教育大众化的到来 ,高等教育必将通向农村。作者认为 ,高等教育通向农村是时代的呼唤 ,农业院校责无旁贷 ,应认真履行自身职责 ,发扬优良传统 ,发挥自身优势 ,在高等教育通向农村的进程中大显身手 ,起到排头兵的作用。文章最后就高等教育通向农村的途径进行了探讨。

With the arrival of high education popularization,high education must face to the countryside.In this article,the writer enforces that it's the time's calling for high education to face to the countryside,it's duty bound for agricultural colleges to perform their own responsibilities,to develop their superior tradition and advantage,and to contribute to the course of high education facing to the countryside.In the last part,the paper questions the way which high education facing to the countryside.
