Idea of universities is rational knowledge,ideal persuit and the sense of teaching which people hold.Spirit of universities is highly refinsing idea of universities.This article draws the distinctive idea and the spirit of the North-east Agriculture University through developing experiences of 52 years.Thus theoretical exploration and preparation are undertaken.
