当前高校实施素质教育应注意解决好四个问题 :一是准确定位文化素质教育 ,二是把握通识教育与专业教育的度 ,三是夯实创新的基础 ,四是采取切实措施提高“两课”教学质量。

At present,high institutes in carrying out quality education should attach importance to four issues:Firstly,making clear the exact categories of cultural quality education.Secondly,knowing limits on general knowledge education and professional knowledge education.Thirdly,ramming a creative,innovative foundation.Fourthly,taking practicable measures to improve the teaching and learning qualities of 'Two curricula'.
