随着知识经济时代的到来 ,大学作为生产知识的社会机构的职能需要重新定位。本文通过对大学职能的历史考察和知识经济时代大学地位的分析 ,提出了大学的新职能。

With the coming of the intellectual economy, the functions of university need to be re-oriented. New functions, conceptions and orientation are put forward by studying the history of the university functions and by analyzing the position of the university in the intellectual economy.
