摘要 逆流色谱法是近20年发展起来的一种新型的色谱技术,已广泛应用于生物、化学、医学、药学、环保等领域。本文综述了逆流色谱技术的发展概况,介绍了几种不同类型的逆流色谱技术的特点和应用范围,展望了该技术的发展趋势。
