摘要
多叶准直器使射线束的截面形状与病灶的轮廓相吻合,可以实现适形放射治疗。由于多叶准直器的叶片宽度的限制,平滑的病灶轮廓只能由多叶准直器的不同叶片形成的阶梯状轮廓来近似,叶片的位置决定了近似带来的误差,本文给出一种确定叶片最优位置的方法。
With a multileaf collimator, conformal radiotherapy can be realized by shaping the beam to target contour.Due to the physical leaf width of the multileaf collimator,a smooth target contour is approximated by a staircase-shaped field boundary,the position of the leaf determines the error of thr approximation.The optimal leaf position is discussed in this paper.
