CO_2激光与药物联合治疗瘢痕疙瘩——附30例疗效及随访观察

CO_2 laser and medicine therapy for keloid —— clinical observation of 30 cases

目的:观察CO2激光与药物联合治疗瘢痕疙瘩的临床疗效。材料与方法:CO2激光烧灼至瘢痕完全去除,以不损伤脂肪层为宜,待创面基底部形成纤维组织时,在创缘及基底部注射由皮质激素为主配制的混悬液,每7～10天一次,共4～5次。对照组为冷冻和手术切除后按上述方法注射相同药物。结果:经一年随访,治疗组有效率95.83％,与对照组冷冻78.26％和手术80.43％对比,差异均有显著性意义（P<0.05）。结论:CO2激光联合药物治疗瘢痕疙瘩是一种简单有效的方法。

Aim: To observe the curative effect of CO2 laser and medicine therapy for keloid. Material and methods: Burn the keloid with CO2 laser until it is removed. Don't injure adipose tissue. When the end of the wound form fiber tissue, inject at the edge and end of the wound with the mixture mainly compounded by cortex hormone. Once every 7-10 days, altogethe 4-5 times,To contract group inject the same medicine with the same way after freezing and operating resection.Results: Following observation after one year,effective rate is 95.83% of treatment group,78.26% of constract group,80.43% of operation. The differences are all notable (P<0.05). Conclusion: The way of CO2 laser and medicine therapy for keloid is a easy and effective method .
