摘要
目的 探讨尖锐湿疣的治疗方法。方法 采用高频电刀去除疣体、局部皮损处注射干扰素、中药外洗、肌肉注射聚肌胞和病毒唑、外涂阿昔洛韦软膏等治疗尖锐湿疣 5 2例。结果 本组治疗 5 2例全部得到 1年以上的随访 ,平均 1年零 4个月 ,治愈率 10 0 %。结论 通过中西医结合的综合疗法 ,可以提高尖锐湿疣的治愈率 。
Objective To study the theyapeutic method for condyloma acuminatum(CA).Method 52 cases of CA were treated with that get rid of the anything superfiuous used high frequency cautery set,part injection with interferous,part steam generated by boiling medicinal herbs,intramuscular injection with roly ic and virazole,and part external used acycolvir unguentum.Results 52 cases were follwed-up for over l year,and 16 months in average.The cure rate was 100%.Conclusion The cure rate can be increased with the comprehensive therapeutics of integretion Chinese and mordern medicine,and the recurrence to be reduced.
