In recent years, along with the deepening of reform and development of economicsystem and state-owned enterprises, the operating of state-owned assets have become a newsubject to be studied in both the theoretical field and the enterprise world. This paper analyzeslhe obstacles the enterprises will meet in the course of assets operating from four aspects: sub-Jective understanding, macro-economic system and policy and micro-level of enterprises andlaw and marketing and so on so forth.
