摘要
通过对山西关铝股份有限公司资本运营相关指标的分析 ,总结了“关铝”成功的经验 ,提出加强企业管理、提高员工素质、改善资本结构、进行企业改制等 。
By analysis on corresponding index of capital running of Shanxi “Guan Aluminium” limited company,summarized the successful experience of “Guan Aluminium” limited company,the authors put forward that raise the quality of workers and staff members,strengthen the management of enterprise,improve the structure of capital,carry on the reform of enterprise and so on will be the important way for the reform of big-sized and middle-sized state-owned enterprise.
