“价格战”成因及政府的应对策略

On the Cause of “Price Fighting” and the Government Strategies

价格战的实质是企业之间的价格竞争 ,引发的原因有三 :即目前产业结构不合理 ;市场机制不能充分发挥作用 ;产权约束机制不完善。政府应该保护降价促销 ,制止过度竞争 。

The essence of “price fighting'is the price competition between enterprises.There are three reasons for the formation of 'price fighting',i.e.the industrial structure is unreasonable at present;market mechanism couldn't play a role fully;incompleteness of restrictive mechanism of property rights.For this reason,the government should adopt suitable measures to protect the behavior of promoting sales by reducing price,prevents excessive competition and leads to a proper competition.
