知识经济时代的到来 ,给教育发展提出了新的要求 ,我省教育体制应适应知识经济的要求 ,加快改革步伐。一是要使高等教育大众化 ;二是要培养创新意识 ;三要发展高科技产业 。

Along with the arrival of knowledge economic age,the new requirement of the development of education has been put forward ,the educational system of our province should meet to the requirement of knowledge economy,quicken the steps of reform.First,make the popularization of higher education;Second,fostering innovation ideology;Third,to develop advanced science and technology industry,construct the lifelong educational system actively and so on.
