晚期非小细胞肺癌综合治疗与单纯放疗的临床观察

COMPARATIVE OBSERVATION OF THERAPEUTIC EFFECT OF COMP REHENSIVE THERAPY AND RADIOTHERAPY ALONE ON ADVANCED NON-SMALL CELL L UNG CANCER

目的 :观察比较化放综合治疗与单纯放疗治疗晚期非小细胞肺癌的疗效。方法 :将 94例晚期非小细胞肺癌随机分为综合组与单放组 ,每组 47例。综合组先行化疗 2～ 4周期 ,后以 6MV— X线照射 ,DT60～70 Gy/ 6～ 7周 ,单放组放疗同综合组。结果 :综合组肿块缓解率为 74.5% ,1年生存率为 63.8%。单放组肿块缓解率为 53.2 % ,1年生存率为 42 .6%。结论 :化放综合治疗晚期非小细胞肺癌是较单纯放疗更为积极有效的一种治疗方法。

Objective:To compare the curative effect between the concomit ant chemotherapy plus radiotherapy and r adiotherapy alone for advanced non small lung cancer by using the randomized pro spective method.Methods:94 pati ents with non small cell lung cancer wer e divided into two groups randomly,chemo therapy plus radiotherapy group(47 patie nts) and radiotherapy alone(47 patients) .The radiotherapy patients with advanced lung cancer were treated with 6 MV X ray after 2～4 cycles of chemotherapy,the ra diation dose ranging from DT 60 to70 Gy every 6～7 weeks.The same amount of radia tion was given in the radiotherapy group and comprehensive group.Results:The complete remission rate was 74.5%a nd l year survival rate was 63.8% in the comprehensive group.The complete remiss ion rate was 53.2% and l year survival r ate was 42.6% in the radiotherapy alone group.Conclusion:The concomitan t chemotherapy plus radiotherapy for adv anced lung cancer is a very useful measu re.
