二乙醇胺保护醛基法合成羟基香茅醛的工艺研究

Study on Synthetic Technique of Hydroxycitronellal by means of Citronellal Protected by Diethanolamine

本文通过研究影响合成产率的诸因素,如配料比、反应温度、时间、催化剂浓度等,确定了二乙醇胺保护醛基法合成羟基香茅醛的最佳工艺条件。同时证明,使用较高纯度的香茅醛,可得较高的产率。

This paper presents the optimum conditions for synthetizing hydroxycitronellal by means of citronellal protected by diethanolamine, obtained by the experimental study of the synthetic yield influenced by various factors, such as: reactant ratio, reaction temperature, time, concentration of catalyst and etc. Moreover, the experimental results have proved that a higher yield may be gained from the higher content of citronellal.
