尖吻鲈池塘集约化养殖的试验研究

Study on Intensive Culture of Lates Calcarifer in Pond

尖吻鲈(Lates calcarifer),系热带近海广盐性名贵鱼类,其肉质细嫩,味道鲜美,经济价值高,是出口创汇的名优水产品。本文之试验,在池塘水深0.8—1.5m,月换水能力6—8次(天),饲料供给保障的条件下。首先,在养成池内搭围网对鱼种进行网囤培育。然后,每亩放养450—750尾(鱼种平均体长3.80一7.81cm),经235.5—270天的养殖,成活率55.60—87.60％,亩产量111.10—263.86kg,亩纯利2097.38—5909.35元,经济和社会效益显著。通过试验,笔者认为,充分发挥海南冬季“天然大温室”的优势,发展反季节尖吻鲈养殖,将是海南发展外向型“养鲈业”的方向。

Lares calcarifer, a tropic wide—salt fish with its delicacy and high economic value, is a kind of famous aquatic production for export. Experiment in this paper are carrid out under 0. 8—1.5 meter depth pond, exchanging culture water 6—8 times per month, as to enough food. Fish fry are cultured in net box set in pond at first, then put 450—750 fishs permu in pond (average long are 3.80—7. 81cm). Culture through 235. 5—270 days, it showed high economic and social benefit. Survival rate are 55. 6—87. 6％. Production and pure profitper mu are 111.1—263.86kg and 2097. 38—5903 yuan. The author thinks that if it can be fully used the warm tempasatuse of Hainan and experimentally antiseasonal cultured the Lares calcarifer here, it would be a very good idea for the developmeut of this fish for export.
