The early discovery of the Brassinolids and the relationships .between its chemical structures and the physiological activities were described in this papar. According to the results of the experiments, the physiological effects of Brassinolids to the growth of various plants, the causes of its synergic effects with plants were analysed. The recent situation of the Brassinolids in the application to agriculture described, and some bases for widen application of the Brassinolis were also provided.
