解决中国粮食问题的战略对策选择

Stratagem for the Issue of China's Grain

我国粮食由１９４９年的１１３亿ｔ增加到１９９８年４９１亿ｔ，提高３３５倍，解决了１２６亿人的吃饭问题，取得了举世瞩目的成绩。但随着人口的增加，粮食生产、供给不容乐观。预计２０００年人口达到１３亿，２０３０年达到１６亿，粮食需求量分别为５２亿ｔ和７３４亿ｔ，这是经济发展面临的重大难题。根据建国５０年来粮食发展的情况，从粮食地位、深度开发、科技兴粮、开源节流、人口控制五个方面作了系统分析，提出了综合解决中国粮食问题的基本思路，为实现“中国人解决中国的粮食问题”

The Chinese grain yields was increased 3 35 times from 1949 to 1998,but the status of grain supply is not optimism as the population increasing before 2030.According to the forecast on the Chinese population and grain yield,the capacity of grain supply is much serious problem in the economic development in the 21 century.Based on the analyses of the status of grain production in China,specially in grain depth exploitation,science and technology exploitation,opening source and throttle,control population et al .,there are some advices for integrating solving ways to Chinese grain problem and the Chinese people can feed China.
