摘要
由TP-801微机和测量电路组成的系统,用于电阻器生产过程质量参数的自动检测。这个系统的测量电路把电阻值转换为时间量(R/t转换),TP-801微机将时间量转换为脉冲数(t/N转换),TP-801微机控制测量电路并进行数据处理。由于采取一系列的措施,使系统有较高的测量精度。
A microcomputer-assisted automatic detection system consisting of a TP-801 microcomputer and a measuring circuit is designed for autotesting the qualitative parameters of resistors during the production process. The measuring circuit in this system converts resistance into time (R/T conversion). The microcomputer, in turn, converts time into pulse numerals (T/N conversion). The microcomputer also controls the measuring circuit and processes the data obtaimed. By adopting a series of other measures, the system has attained a high measuring accuracy.
