新生儿缺氧缺血性脑病时心肌酶变化

Change of Myocardial Enzyme in Neonates with HIE

目的 探讨心肌酶变化与新生儿缺氧缺血性脑病 (HIE)的关系。方法 42例HIE组患者分轻、中、重度组及 16例正常新生儿对照 ,进行磷酸肌酸激酶 (CPK)、乳酸脱氢酶 (LDH)、谷草转氨酶 (GOT)活性测定并作对比分析。结果 轻度HIE组与对照组相比差异有显著性 (P <0 .0 5 ) ,中 ,重度组差异有高度显著性 (P <0 .0 1)。结论HIE时心肌酶异常增高与病情轻重呈正相关。心肌酶增高程度可做为判断HIE严重程度的指标之一。

Objective To study the relation between change of myocardial enzyme and hypoxic ischemic encephalopathy(HIE). Methods To divide forty two patients with HIE into three groups-slight,moderate, severe.Then to test the activity of CPK、IDH、GOT.Finaly,to analyze these results and compare them with those of 16 normal control neonates. Results Activity of myocardial enzyme in the group with slight HIE increased,and that in the groups with moderate and severe HIE much more increased. Conclusion Extraordinary increase of myocardial enzyme has much to do with HIE.It can be regarded as an index to assess the severity of HIE.
