摘要
通过俄歇电子能谱,我们着重研究了低铬含量的镍铬合金(Cr<10%)高温抗氧化的微观机理,俄歇分析表明,高温下(300~500℃)铬向表面偏析相当明显,随着温度的升高,铬的偏析量明显增加,而且在同一温度下,铬的偏析量和退火时间成正比。
We studied the property of Ni-Cr alloy (Cr<10%)at high temperature by auger electron energy spectroscopy. The results show, at high temperature (300-500℃), that segreation of chromium is in proportion to raising of temperature and the segreation of chromium is directly proportional to time of annealing at the same temperature.
